Chestnut burr is one of my favourite native timbers and it certainly doesn’t disappoint.
Some absolutely amazing swirled grain that is really accentuated by the dye, it was quite soft before stabilising but has taken the resin incredibly well and polished up super nicely
There may be a few bug holes that need filling
