Masur birch is an incredible Estonian wood that features some amazing grain caused by a genetic deformity, it is farmed like a crop utilising continuous cover silvicultural systems in the production.
Only a very small amount is harvested and processed each year, this leads to the best pieces being very hard to come by.

These have been professionally stabilised and dyed in house, are ready to work and will take a stunning polish
This piece has been XCD stabilised, this means and absolutely unrivalled dimensional stability and resin penetration has been achieved.
